Explain why the business product matters

Truecaller was a recognizable consumer brand, but this video needed to explain its business offering. Truecaller for Business covers verified business caller ID and engagement. Soaham framed the story around a company trying to reach someone by phone and the question of whether that person would recognize the incoming call.

Put verification in a familiar situation

The explainer introduced the green verified badge and AI analytics as part of the answer. The phone call gave those capabilities a practical setting. Soaham used the difference between a recognizable business call and an unknown number as the narrative premise, then brought the product into that same situation.

Speak to the buyer in plain language

The piece targeted business buyers at the top and middle of the buying journey, including people without a technical background. Its job was to make the offering understandable early in their research. Familiarity with Truecaller provided the starting point; the explainer connected that familiarity to the specific use of verified caller identity for a business.

The reported campaign results

The portfolio reports $200K in attributed pipeline, 150 leads and a 3.7% conversion rate. It also records 53% retention, a 36% hook rate and a 30% hold rate. These figures describe the performance Soaham reports for the B2B explainer. The published results measure the campaign, rather than a change in customer call-answer rates.
