How do I get support?
Email [email protected] with your device model, operating system version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Where are my journals stored right now?
In the current version, entries, moods, streak information, settings, and attached photos are stored on your device. We do not collect that journal content from the current version.
Will sync be added later?
Sync is planned for a future version. It will be introduced with clear privacy controls, and the privacy policy plus App Store disclosures will be updated before that release.
Why does the app ask for photo access?
Photo access is used only when you choose to attach a photo to an entry. You can manage photo permissions in your device settings.
How does biometric lock work?
Biometric lock uses your device authentication system. Becoming does not receive or store biometric templates.
