These terms explain what Becoming is, how you may use it, what you are responsible for, and the limits of the app.

Purpose of the app

Becoming is a private journaling app for daily reflection, mood check-ins, guided prompts, photos, entries, and simple insight views. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you write, attach, or keep in the app. This includes journal text, photos, favorites, categories, and any other information you add.

  • Do not use Becoming to store unlawful content.
  • Do not attach photos or content you do not have the right to keep.
  • Do not send journal content to support unless you want support to see it.

Data and device storage

The current version stores app data on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device, reinstalling the app, or changing device storage may remove that data. Future sync features may add account or server terms before release.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app or service, bypass security features, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Ownership

Utilities Studio owns the app, branding, design, software, documentation, and related materials. You own the journal content you create, subject to your own responsibility for that content.

Changes to the app

Becoming may change over time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, redesigned, or limited. If a future version introduces account-based sync or cloud features, those features may include updated terms and privacy disclosures.

Disclaimers

The app is provided as is and as available. Utilities Studio does not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every device, or fit every personal need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Utilities Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
